    Hi, I've just placed my order for a 2013 HRC fireblade (should have it in about 12 days). I've currently got a 2011 R1 which is getting traded in.
    I've never even rode the fireblade purely bought due to colour & price (just went in for a new helmet). Is there anything I should watch out for eg known faults or recalls?

    Ahoy, Tinks. Welcome aboard.

    Have you gone and knackered the weather? It's turned distinctly chilly and rainy of late. Soooo....when did you place the order? Then, accounting for the time difference, I can work out whether it's your fault.

    welcome tinks, the 2013 blade is a very well sorted bike with no recalls as far as i am aware. the 2011 r1 is a great bike but im sure you will be more than happy with your upgrade
