Nope, and watch out if you head this side of the water as Lincoln seems to have cornered the market in grit to spread over ripped up roads. No way I can get out my house and on to the main bike roads without the dreaded 20mph skid risk signs!

 

Must be that time of year they've ripped up the one going into Matlock too
Hmm might have to rethink that one

They are at it in Norfolk as well
Can get a bit slippy when it’s fresh

 

The major A roads are still intact, I think, so you could go in via the A57. Just stay off the good bike roads, some have very little warning.
