My first race weekend.....

I'll write up a bit more tomorrow as I'm pretty shattered right now.

Just completed my first race weekend at Snetterton this weekend and what an experience!!!

I was the only blade in my class of 14 others in Rookie 1000.

4 races over the two days saw me get an 8th in race 1 (started 8th) and a 7th in race two (again starting 8th), with a best time of 2:10.4.

Today I started 7th in both races and managed a 7th again in the first race, and went one better in race two grabbing 6th, with a best lap of 2:07.4.

What an awesome weekend, and met some great people too. Will write up bit more tomorrow and try and put some pics up too.

Oh, and the blade behaved herself all weekend

I was watching, the guy who won the second race was flying. It was good racing. Best of luck with the season
