Hey guys/girls. Im colin. Ride a blue rr5. I did have a red and black rr4 but some pratt pulled out infront of me the last weekend in may. 3 Weeks after spending £400 getting the forks and rear shock re-built and set up for my weight. Any way, I found this rr5, low millage with less than 6K on the clock so bought it. Owned it for about 4 weeks and it now has 10k on the clock. She has a F.Fabbri double bubble PP tuning shorty levers (taken from my old blade) Solo seat cowl Dual exit micron imported from the states. Also have a stainless Beowulf and a Titanium Leo Vince zorst. I really must do some ebay selling!! I have a Smaller number plate, Mini motrax led tip indicators, LED flasher relay and an R&G tail tidy to fit. Anyway, Here she is. And this is what my red rr4 looked like after the crash. and this is what pulled out on me.
She dose look lovely, Looks so much more classy than my red and black one. sounds like a right dirty cow with that micron on too.
Got a few plans for her. PC3 and dyno setup Speedo healer -1 front +2 rear sprocket Suspension rebuild and set up Digi gear indicator Remove pillion pegs
Hi mate good to see your ok and have a nice new bike. Do you fancy a track day? I live in Bournemouth and am looking for sombody to share a van with.
Hi Colin Welcome to the forum. I had a Ducati that looked like your Red one a few months ago, oh well... At least mine was my fault, although I still suspect the blokes brake lights weren't working. Your new one looks like canine genitalia, mate. Well done. I especially like the patio set. Cheers Ken
What track you thinking of? Only done cadwell and brands Indy myself. I don't drive so usually ride to tracks and b&b it with a selection of tools in a rucksack.
Thanks for the welcome peeps. The patio set is just a cheapy from b&q, nothing flash. Gives me a table to put me tools on when working on the bike. It gets used as a workbench more than a table lol.
