R G Radiator guard

    I've got a R G radiator guard on its way and as I've never removed the fairings before I'm asking if anybody has and advice or points to look out for.

    I removed mine for the first time recently too. It's an arse. So take it steady and carefully collect and store all the fixings and fasteners. I also used this site for guides with pictures on most of it:

    I put the R&G rad guard on mine, did not have to remove the fairings mate

    i've fitted my cox racing guard without taking the fairings off. Think is was just a couple of cable ties and a bolt at the bottom of the rad.

    It arrived today and on opening and reading how to fix I felt a wright knob posting the thread:confused:.
