RoadLock

    Guys,

    Anyone ever used roadlock or is a waste of money? If there good anyone out there selling them or would like to get rid of them?

    You mean the disc lock things?

    They're seriously expensive in my opinion and you can get an equally thatcham approved disc lock for £40 -50.

    If you want it as your main home garage/shed lock then I'd spend my money elsewhere on a ground anchor and chain, but if you want a disc lock for short term deterrent I'd get an abus disc lock or one of the "grip lock" types for the brake lever.

    I have one fitted to my blade, I really bloody love it.
    No more carrying heavy locks around in your jacket pockets or thinking I won't bother its too much aggro.
    because its always there you always put it on, as well as there is no movement in the bike at all so no danger of pulling away and smashing your guard or discs.
    A great idea and always gets attention...which I reckon is good as if people notice it then hopefully so do the scumbags
    BUT
    having said that, They are obscenely expensive new. I was lucky enough to buy mine from Navvy on here.
    check out on ebay they come up on there a bit.
