Telling if genuine panels

    hi guys i recently bought a 2008 fireblade and i wondered how i can tell if the panels are honda originals? is it marked somewhere on them? many thanks

    Yeh they have Honda stamped on them, and I'm guessing copy panels don't have the soft padding as well. Sure someone will confirm this though!

    From what I can remember the panels have a moulding date in them (on the reverse) - two indicators and small dots point to month and year of manufacture. Yours should be late 07 or 08 date if original panels.

    cheers, i know there not original panels the bike came with but i wanted to see if he replaced with genuine parts.
