Hi folks, just joined the forum yesterday having met a fellow blade owner (Freedom of Choice) at Marshall's Honda in Peterborough, turns out we live in the same town !!. Anyway, I've owned 3 blades over the years, a P Reg 918 a while back, a 2005 which I traded in at Wheels, Peterborough last December for my latest 2008 White/Black model - well pleased awesome bike and very accomodating for my average riding skills !. I'm knocking on the door of 50 but with the mind of a 20 year old, which is probably why I still love sports bikes. Looking forward to hearing from / meeting like minded people and we have already talked about a ride out or two, sunny Hunny is always a good one from our area. Tip of the day, don't buy one of those sump drain bolts with a magnet, I did and it sheared off with little effort (no strength in the shoulder), mean't the sump had to come off, luckily no damage to the threads. Cheers for now - Fireblade46
Welcome to the forum mr 46 nice chap mr freedom of choice with a nice bike, that's everything nice then. Let's have some pics mr 46 (I'm guessing your 46 mate)
Hi m8, still learning how to navigate this forum, the 46 was adopted from a certain Mr Rossi when he was raciing Honda's, the outer shell is nearly 50 but the insider has not grown older than 20. Turns out me and Freedom live in the same town (we met at Marshalls Honda in Peterborough yesterday), and he mentioned you and a few others on his first message to me about maybe sorting a ride to the coast one Sunday before the weather turns. Sounds liek a plan so I'll give him a call as I don't think I can send replies yet until I get my 'Post Count' over 5. I will put some pictures of my blade up when I figure out how too, any tips, I guess it's easy? Cheers
Welcome mate. Pics are easy to upload. either on photobucket or just straight onto the site. nice choice of bike by the way
Welcome dude .We have all been waiting to meet Freedom but last a heard he was in prison (Glad to have you both back)
Will get some sorted and on the site, basically White / Black version, with the usual sensible extra's etc.
