New blade

    Hi there , I picked up a 1000rr5 over the weekend , after being off bikes for about 7 months due to a gearbox problem
    with my old 954, hopefully this one doesnt give me any trouble:)

    welcome aboard, love them colours but then I would
    be biased as I had one the same colour.
    never had a single issue with mine.

    Welcome on board, awesome bike, but i might be a little biased, here is mine :D

    No problems yet, but its only done 10,300 miles so far?

    Hi gappy no it wasnt terminal, but the engine had to be dropped and the cases split to change some of the gears and shift forks at a cost of over 1000euro which i didnt have at the time:(
    So sold it off cheap, it was a lovely bike and it had loads of extras on it including a quickshifter which i dont think helped the gearbox because it lost 4th gear after a couple of months on the bike,
    Its savage shifting thru the gears at redline with the trottle wide open tho:D
