Hi all, I recently bought a new clutch cover that was advertised as being "2004-2007" but having problems fitting it. It's like the crank sensor is slight off position and hitting the gear/cog or the top shaft isn't lining up with the cover. Or there's some magic trick I don't know about. Anyway, are the clutch covers the same 2004 - 2007? My bike is a 2004.
I thought the only difference between the one for the RR4/5 & RR6/7 was the colour, so I'm glad you managed to fit it ok.
The only thing I did was remove the crank sensor and put it back on but, there's no play at all in those two bolts keeping it in place. Must have been the pixies.
