went out today and shot a quick track guide to the Ulster Grand prix course for those that fancy coming over for a visit.
Gleaming, Phantom! Thank you. I like the background knowledge. And it's good to put a voice to the posts. Top stuff.
Thanks....mind you I definitely dont have a radio voice. I think I sound like a young lad lol Mind you I think a lot dont like the sound of there own voices. ......but then again lol
I don't like the sound of my recorded voice either. Yours comes across well. Clear and informed. Keep the vids coming! How are you finding the Drift HD Pro?
love it, okay the buttons are slightly stiff on the remote but with more use Im sure the rubber cover will flex easier. also with spirited riding with a good headwind I had no drag from it.I like the fact they also have the camera industry standard 1/4 20 thread screw fitting so no special mounts needed. going to get a few other mounts for the bike and maybe a full waterproof case.
cracking clear footage and a great guide! have only seen it on race week and its crowded, its weird seeing it as just the normal road, the bike sounded well is that the baffle in or out?
Baffle. ...whats one of them lol Yeah straight throught but didnt even open it more Than half throttle. Maybe do the motorway in First gear to record the note of it at full chat
thanks for that, enjoyed it.. is the mic just tucked in the padding ?? havn`t tried mine like that yet works realy well, voice is clear but still have the zorst in the background..
yeah I followed zeepony's guide for the mic but there was still loads of wind noise so I then put it inside the cheek pad between the sponge and outer cover.works a treat even had some motorway test footage it didnt come out as only wind noise.
if your going to do a vid to show off the zorst noise then try placing the mic under the cowl and just tape it down. Thats what I did on mine and it works a treat, I have the same can as you and the noise on full chat is something else, especially with a Quick shifter.
