Yeah it's pretty scary to roll into the first right at 110mph and finding someone entering at 60mph ahead of you. Was my first track day so had to go in novices but will be in inters in the future
You done well seeing as that's your first track day. Your lines are ok (bearing in mind others seem to be all over the place!), and your getting round in about 2m30 ish. Certainly inters next time out there.
Nice Vid ! Is it me or did the first bloke you were behind have a strange riding style.... The more 'you' lean in the less your bike has too. His body wanted to lean but his head was fighting it all the way! Just looked kinda strange to me?
It's an awesome track! I was doing 2m 17s lap times in final session in traffic. Well until I accidentally knocked her into 2nd without realising coming up to the hairpin and then blipped and selected what I thought was 2nd at 80mph but found first and bye bye rear end...... If that's your first track day, you should think about racing navvy! Youre going round the others like you've done loads of them.
Thanks Si! I only got my licence a year ago so I'm well chuffed and would totally give racing a go if I can afford it
