And yes that includes the carbon panel. I should buy this but I really don't need 3 exhausts. It's a BIN with cheap postage. Crack on and get it bought! Btw, nothing to do with me and I don't know the seller but at least £450 new with the panel iirc. eBay no coz I'm on my phone - 300904092106
Carl, looks like a business selling it mate. If you read their description they say they are shut Sundays and Monday's. I bet you don't get an answer before tuesday, and if that's the case it won't be available Tuesday, I'm pretty sure of that.
Looks like they accepted my offer and then sold it to someone else, is it someone on this forum that jumped in?
Just had confirmation, my offer of £175 was accepted but someone bought it on buy now before they sent me the invoice. Shame, ill keep looking. I like the Taylormade on sale on the forum, just a little too much for me at the moment
Surely if your offer was accepted (I'm assuming automatically) the buy it now and the auction would have ended? I'd steer well clear of the Taylormade. Utter shit build quality, consistently lower power outputs and loud as fuck. Possibly the worst after-market exhaust you can buy. Everyone I've known who has bought one has regretted it and sold it shortly after.
i was going to buy it... i noticed you had a posted you made and had a offer accepted so i didn't buy it....... wanted to but would have been a pregnant fish trick....... hope it wasn't anyone on forum
Just keep your eyes out for another one.I love my leo can, Making the switch from my yoshi was the best move I made.
It's not utter shit build quality.... it's just not made with the same quality metals as we would normally expect but it is put together well. It's nowhere near one of the worst aftermarket cans you can buy there's utter crap all over ebay and produced in the UK that's far worse for build quality and power losses etc Not promoting it just not fair to make out it's total crap when it clearly isn't
Opinions: What forums were made for. Soz mate but they are terrible exhausts - 8 BHP less than stock on a K6 750 (with a PC111). Welds cracking and pipes falling apart after less than 500 miles. Louder than a Racefit for less power than stock and more expensive to buy in the first place. Considering Taylormade charge a fortune for their systems yet produce something about as good as the cheap Chinese copies on ebay is fairly ironic. I have had 3 mates all fall for their looks and all sell them in short order afterwards due to factors listed above - fact. I appreciate and champion forum etiquette so stayed well clear of your for sale post and posted my honest (and informed) opinion on here - Taylormade exhausts are total crap, I'm sorry you have had the misfortune of owning one. Your sig lists your bike as having an R-77 on it so I know you recognise quality when you see it (don't get me started about Yoshi USA products' quality compared to Yoshi Japan kit) so it does beg the question why you are choosing to sell the Taylormade when you believe its as good as it really isn't.
Since you want to find an avenue for this discussion with me I'll humour you.... It's too loud for track use - that's the reasoning for me changing it. If you looked at my posts you will see I champion the Yoshi and also recommend the Akky. They are both good quality performance exhausts. The TaylorMade system is purely an aesthetic benefit with its sleek addition to the blades shape. At any point in my post do I up sell my exhaust? No! Do I think it's the best made exhaust? No. Is it as bad as some of the cheap Chinese and other knock offs? No or it wouldn't sell at all I prefer the Yoshi by far and am more than happy to admit that.
