Surprised there isn't any posts re how hard Johnny is having to ride the Honda this year... The engine needs a new design, its too slow, the guys are having to override it. Probably why Leon is in dock now.
This was clear at monza, clearly the slowest bike in a straight line on the grid, ten Kate always used to produce really good engines, but with bmw, aprilia and kwak having more bhp from stock guess there up against it!!
Rea is a good rider hampered by a slow bike. Can't see him staying on the blade for much longer as he must be frustrated with its lack of pace. There must be other teams sniffing about him or is he going to sit it out with Honda till he gets Pedrosa's seat ?
It's about time Honda got their finger out and produced a more powerful engine.Nothing more frustrating for a racer to have other racers passing you on the straights.Jonathan Rea certainly has the talent to take a WSB title on good machinery.
Agreed, can't see Johnny doing another season with Honda, unless they have a new motor to unveil. I'd be surprised if they hadn't, cos that wont do new bike sales a favour & leave TK in the shit.
