Hi Guys, Greeting from Northumberland. I have been directed to the forum by 'Arthurbikemad' who I have known for quite some time over on the Ducati forum. After owning many different bikes over the years and having had 8 Ducati's I am now finding the 848 a bit too much for my aging bones as you really have to 'ride' a Ducati and with the state the roads are in these days it is about time for a change and the deal that I have been offered is too good to turn down. If everything goes to plan my order for a new Fireblade Anniversary model in White will be confirmed in the morning and delivery should be Thursday. I have directed lots of people to John at Hunts in Manchester over the years but had never bought a bike myself from him until now and he is certainly looking after me. Everyone that I have sent to him has bought from him as he beat every other deal they had been offered and the price he offered for my 848 was unbeatable, anywhere. Even though I have no cash left I am going to have to dig deep as I need a seat cowl, tail tidy and an exhaust asap. John is looking to see what he can do for me regarding the tail tidy and cowl but the exhaust will have to wait I think. Look forward to getting involved as much as I did over on the Ducati site and learning all there is to know about the Blade.

Cheers guys, thanks for the warm welcome. Bike is being delivered Thursday, got a seat cowl, R&G Tail Tidy and smaller number plate all ready and waiting. Hugger and dark screen next when I find the one I like. Exhaust will have to wait , I think !!!
