Well this year i took the Fireblade over to the Le Mans 24 hour. Got the boat from Rosslare on the Thursday to Roscoff then down to the campsite for the weekend and then had a nice ride back up to Honflour and across to Cherbourg for the boat back on the tuesday evening. Done near 1400ks and i have to say the bike never missed a beat. Perfict in every way shape and form. Even with all the crap straped to the back and the tank.
Sounds like a great trip mate, bikes look brill ..... you did well with all that luggage, must have robbed you of the odd mph or two lol
Very nice. I gather is is the bike 24. I've never been but want to. I go every other year to le mans 24 hour in June and going to the classic next July
Yes it's the bike one. One of the best biking events I've ever been to. Would highly recommend it as I'm all ready booking my time off for next year.
