first the samco hose issue and now this and both being sorted out. You guys should be paid by these manufacturers great work!!
Finally got notification that the rapid (I use the term loosely)prototype is ready and will be posted to me today. i will let you know what happens.
I know this is an old thread but was the stroke issue on the clutch lever ever resolved and is the correct ratio being supplied now by Harris Performance? Just thinking of changing my MC and clutch lever.
I contacted Harris Performance today unfortunately they had no stock at present and after a few emails in each direction they said there will be two perches available - one with the fulcrum at 22mm and the other at 34mm. So it looks like they have taken notice although no one appeared to be acknowledging there was ever a problem with the original - strange!!
Yes they got a few 22mm instead of the 34mm version. I had to wait another few days for the 34mm version
Its purely cosmetic for me. Using this and my Harris Clipons has caused me problems with the Clutch cable length. I have had a custom Clutch cable made up. The HRC clutch cable was way too short and the stock was just slightly short
not sure how I missed this thread.. Last ride seemed to loose some feel from my brakes and am now planning one of these for the winter plus some decent front pads
Got an RCS and a ASV shorty on the clutch side on my '59 and very happy with it. Normally OCD but kinda like it
