BIL 40 lads pee up tonight in Bristol, I've sorted about 10+ mates all out beers strippers (Possibly lol) I'm going to be dying in the morning But worth it

Having been in Germany all week drinking beer I thought I should give it a rest this evening...... So I have opened a couple of bottles of red instead. A basic French to drink now and a lovely Barolo to allow it to relax at room temperature for later.
The wife is at a friends tonight so I'm having a mans night in. Rare fillet steak served with rosemary & thyme chili sweet potato chips and caramelised asparagus with a thick peppercorn sauce. Complemented with a bottle of Wolf Blass Cabernet Sauvignon. It's not just a meal, it's a mans meal! To be served (to myself) later; warm sticky toffy pudding with cool vanilla & caramel ice cream. Tonight viewing so far has been return of the Jedi which will be followed by Dr. Who.

Treated myself to a bottle of Woodford Reserve Woodford Reserve A very tasty sipping bourbon thats going down very nicely with plenty of ice and a splash of coke.
LOL, just got back from 2 weeks work in the US today, we've been slurping Woodfords amongst other things, which was always needed, as we never did less than a 12 hour day, had to de-stress somehow.
Just having a couple of pints after doing some "man stuff" in daves garden. Going down a treat.... Saw this, and thought of this thread!!
