That's right dudes ,just got myself a .......Lava Lamp well made up with it and although they have been around for the past few years I decided to buy one today and although its a touch smaller than my old retro one from my days in a flat in the 70s still Buzzin on it and going to get the full size jobbie next week .What next a two tone suit ..ouch! Just loved the 70s .
Still love those lamps, can watch them for hours. Two tone tonic mohair, had two suits, one red/blue the other gold/green............so classy lol plus of course the crombie.
Oh Giv, now your talking, silver stud brogues, arnold palmer shirts as well as BShermans, plus of course the silk hankie and tie pin in the top pocket, levis stay pressed etc etc and of course the annual public holiday rucks down at Margate. I miss the old times.
Still got my 2ft purple and yellow original 'Lava Lamp Co' in the wardrobe mate, bought it in 97 and love it, but just doesn't fit with the house decor at the present. But times and fashions change and she will live again.

I can't really comment on the 70's, it is lost in the mist created by the wrong kind of cigarette, party sevens and thinking I looked go in an afghan coat ( it did have an inside pocket for a can of Breaker though ) platform shoes and snogging behind the curtain at Streetly disco thanking god I remembered to get a condom from the barber shop.
