I have a headlight that I put together with projectors if that's any interest?

White halo, red-eye, and daylight main bulbs.
Like this, but without the fox-eye LEDs (the red will be overpowered when the main headlight is on)

I bought a second hand headlight from a bike that was stripped for racing (rather than a cheap knock-off unit), so it has the all the DOT stamps on the glass

I have had 2 mates with HID's follow me at night - I felt like lumping them - I was totally blinded by the glare of the lamps, had to ride with chicken arms to block reflection and eventually just waved them past - if you ever ride with mates at night you will seriously p!ss them off if you follow them.

And therein lies my experience of HID's!!

Ride all the time in big groups with HIDs on bikes.

Sounds like their lights need adjusting to me

I don't ride at night much to be honest and I also don't really ride in the wet either as some hear with dismay :)

But if I did I'd defo like a nice bright light showing me the way :D
