Am putting my RR7 back together and the plastic shroud that goes by the radiator to the fairings is being an absolute biatch. Just can't get one side fitted at the top under the nose cone as the holes won't line up.

Does anyone know any tricks or the best way to fit this bit as I am at my wits end as it normally goes on fine?

The mid section that fits under the nose cone. Think it's part 3 here

mainly where it connects with part 6

Hi mate, had my rr7 to bits today for the first time to fit a rad guard.
I fitted new well nuts to the top mounts and left things loosish while i got things fitted.Everything seemed to line up ok.
Maybe its time to leave it for a while and then go back. It"ll probably fly back together.

That's what I'm thinking. Was running out of plastic clips/screws so binned in.

Will leave it until tomorrow, bloody annoying though as was just 2 clips away from being done.
