Try codging some 20mm (internal Dia) electrical conduit over the top of a 20mm pin?

Still might be too big though?

If you think about it, the pin does not make a lot of difference, its more to do with the angle, length of the leverage and the gap between the front mudguard and top fairing - get the angle right and you can just about avoid hitting the fairing, less of an issue with older bikes, but still works fine on my 12 blade.

But if the pin is flopping about inside the headstock the angle of the stand will be altered!

This is Colin's bike on the headstock stand with a 23mm pin he got made up from the specs to the original pins, as can be seen the stand runs perfectly straight and parallel to the ground there is about a 3/4" gap between the fairing nose with this setup.

I tried the 21mm pin on the stand first as I had my 23mm pin at my parents garage.
No way does it work with the 21mm pin without damaging the mudguard. I have a few light scratches on my mudguard to prove it.

Awesome, Any chance of knocking another one up I'm happy to pay, or if you have the spec drawings would be great and I'll get one made up :)

All you need it the top diameter (23mm) and the diameter of the pin going into the lift. (you don't need the flange as it actually gets in the way)
Then it's just a drilled hole for the retaining pin.

All the sizes you can get off of any of the other pins supplied.

I'm no longer on the tools any more or I would do it.

Fair enough, I don't have any access to any sort if tools to do a job like that, I'll track my local machine shop down and take one the pins with me and tell then what I need,
    Where abouts you based Clarkey?
