A quick inspection of my old engine before its pulled apart

    Had a quick play with a USB edoscope camera - hard to get a proper idea of what is going on / went on inside but it does not look too healthy - various ideas of where the gold is from - but don't think its from a pot anywhere.

    Be interesting how a new engine looks compared to a 80k one

    Looks normal, I see many around 15k with just as much build up of carbon, gold is oil residue again normal.

    You wanna see some of the car ones I pull apart that are running perfectly , for 80k looks ok you sourced new engine bud ?

    Looks very good for 80k.. What model blade is it, not an rr8 I presume :)

    Reminds me of when I had endoscope cameras inserted in me though.................................:rolleyes:
