I did a search for this same question a couple of days ago and castrol power1 racing 10w/30 seemed really popular so that's what I'm looking at getting.

    Hope this helps.

I've just tried Motul 7100 in the SP which seems ok, nice smooth engine and gear changes but I do have Silkolene PRO 4 Energy 10w-30 Full Synthetic 4-Stroke Engine Oil For All High Performance Motorcycles ready to go in on next oil change.

I found the best oil by far is Silkolene pro 4 10w30 and pro 4 energy ;) you get smoother gear change and just feels better than Castrol, Putolene and Motul I've tried them all :D

Halfords do stock it if you're interested, it was £40 down to £32 with the trade card.

Perfect! How do I get my hands on one of those trade cards, do I need to be a trader?

I got mine because I'm a mechanic. I had to take a pay slip that told them of my occupation and they issued me the card on the spot. I'm sure there will be other ways around it though. I managed to swindle a B&Q trade card by telling them I did property maintenance for my employer rather than fix buses. I also have friends/relatives come around to use my halfords card as no signature is required.
