Simonrr and I often pop down to wheels cafe at Peterborough for a brew, it's about the same mileage for you when you fancy a mini meet and a brew?

Allot of the lads from work (North Cambs) go to Wheels seems like they sell pretty much everything these days. As I'm near Stansted Airport Peterborough is a bit of a trek, if I found a nice route up there and it would be worth the trip.
I'd like to do a bit more riding up your way Terry & Carl, one of my mates used to live in Oakham and then moved to Melton and I remember the roads round that way being awesome. Is there some good riding in between Oakham, Nottingham ,Newark, Boston?

Ride out from Wheels sounds cool! L3nny have you tried heading up the B645 from Bedford all the way to Peterboro? Awesome roads to take!

 

Yeah, I have done this road a few times, the bit from Higham Ferrers to Kimbolton is an epic road!
