Have a 2011 blade and having problems charging it on my optimate. The original battery i have just replaced as the optimiser was showing a fault during charging. Now i have connected my charger and i am still getting a fault on the charger. The bike is fitted with a datatool alarm. Could it be that the alarm is screwing up the optimate ?
I thought that myself so i connected it to my track bike and after an hour or so i get the green light. This is driving me mad
How about taking battery off bike and charging it. I have had a duff brand new battery once . I had a datatool alarm on other bikes with no optimate problems.
