Hi all finally taken the plunge with a fuel injected FB after years of 898's and 918's. made a conscious descision to go for the "softer"... ahem blade because my kness and back just can't take it any more... still its got Ohlins and a harris race can (correctly mapped in) and does not feel in the slightest soft to my still thumping heart so looking forward to chatting and scratching... let me know if your going o box hill or the ACE... Its a 2000 929... met a really nice guy who sold it to me, won on ebay for £1901 (I ninja'd the auction with 12 seconds to spare)... its got Ohlins rear sus and a harris race can, the maps have been done and it has only done 20,000 miles so a bit of a bargain I think. there is some minor cosmetic (small scratches on stator and mid fairing) which I can sort pretty easily so all in all am well pleased. looking forward to chatting can already see this is a great forum (good advice and good sense of humour) so thanks all for the warm welcome
