Not seen it this year but am not surprised from what others have said. Now if BT get Suzi onboard I might actually dip my hand in my pocket
she was the only one that didn't really seem to fit, pretty face but struggled to get into the job, I/most felt, and I guess so did she in the end?
Not a fan of Suzi TBH, would rather have kept Mel! Now if only they could poach Lee McKenzie away from the F1 Pit Lane then I'd be a Happy Bunny! Lee McKenzie : Homepage and Welcome
Not a fan of our Suzi!!! Whats wrong with ya man. She's great in my opinion, although can't see her leaving the glam of F1 BT Sport says Mel has other work commitments, oh like on a retreat in the Cotswolds like she was on today (Twitter) I think BT are doing a great job and the coverage across the event is excellent. I have it free with BT Broadband although I would pay if needed as I love my Moto GP and what else does £12 get you these days
It was a foregone conclusion that she would go right from the first show, no real knowledge of the sport or riders and seemingly no interest in it either from her having to be prompted to come up with talking points. They should let Toseland front the studio side, I know many don't like him, but at least he has the knowledge and still the high interest in the sport to make the studio chat credible. If they want a female on the team, then Azi Farni would be my choice to work the pit alongside Neil Hodgson, ( people moan about his presenting but he is improving), he knows most of the riders personally so gets some good interviews and, of course, gives the viewer those little bits of detail that non racing folks don't know. Lastly, give Steve Parrish a commentators job and get rid of that Julian Ryder...he really grates on me !!
Craig Doyle has got the job in her stead so I've heard hence why at the TT when he said he had to go and watch some rugby it was actually so he could go present yesterday's MotoGP show...
