I don't think you will with the GP2r can, there isn't enough room for baffling , I think the GP2 can passes with both sets of DB killers in. ?
I had a GP2r on my RSV4 never in a million years would that noise pass any test. My mate has the GP2 on his RSV4 and it passes.

Yes im sure that one passes with both sets of db killers in it. But I would give him a ring to double check.

Fitted the same exhaust last week and done a track evening at Snetterton Monday, 200mm can with 50mm internal baffle and end baffle in the can 101/103 db so if limit at your track is 105 its ok, my local track is 102db so it was very close so I have ordered the 30mm internal baffle to make sure.

On the bike riding to the track I didn't think it sounded loud at all with both baffles.
