Hope all is well! Recently passed my motorbike test... which has been a little long time coming. With a history of cars and performance tuning it was time.for me to venture into the world of 2 wheels. And with a few friends already obligatory power rangers I decided it was time to hop on board!! Initially had.my heart set on a R1. .. I found myself going through the rigorous task of test riding some bikes.. tested the 2008 r6 2014 Mt 09 fireblade 929 and the r1 I was a little dismayed thinking it was all a little hard work... I have 2 gammy hands which I think is the polite terminology. . I'm riddled with rheumatoid arthritis in both hands. I lost my left thumb after my dog bit it off... its reattached however not functioning. My right hand is fixed and 70 percent metal bars. So just imagine not movement in your wrist.. up down and left and right... well anyway after all they bikes figured I'd try a 1000rr thinking it was going to be some form of ditch finder o was pleasantly surprised. . I felt part of the bike. .. It handled so well... stuck to the floor in the corners and felt natural to ride. Evidently o now have my heart set on one. . After.getting bounced down the road for finance.. ( got to love the infamous ex girlfriend ruining me with my old house ) I'm now having to save.. Ideally I want a tidy 06/07 . Keen to learn more so will be browsing accordingly.... Anyway enough about me.
