Probably but could well be flat spotted by deformation, rather than the usual way of locking a wheel up under braking. You'll just have to ride it and see. In future if you can't put the bike on stands or remove the wheels then at least move the Bike around a few metres every 3-4 months so that it doesn't sit on the same part of the tyre in succession.
Cheers, rear has at times been on a stand but it's been moved about at least once a month I would say as I keep other bits I there so to access them or to just look at lol probably been in and out aground 6 times a day at the minute looking at it or cleaning it lol. Will see how they feel I guess.
