Looking forward to trip to the racing on Sunday. Anyone going? If you see my black 63 plate with subtle 58 tribute, say hi.
You,ll be up and about in no time jay,I broke 4 ribs off roading a few years ago when racing for north yorks enduros but only 2 at a time in 6 weeks apart wait till you go for a shit god it's a task, and the bike will fix
The 'Shittin' is no problem, tiz the wiping of one's Ass that is next to impossible! Refused to ask the Mrs so managed to reach with baby wipes!
It was a great day of racing. I only wish I'd taken a pair of shorts with me, by the second super bike race I think my were legs cooked to medium rare! The only complaint is £8.50 for a shit hot-dog and a tea.
Actually I think it was £8.00. Doesn't make me feel any better though. I know its only £8.00 but I'm from Yorkshire!
What a great days racing! I went on my own (billy no mates) and arrived around 08:30, took a packed lunch + lots of snacks and drink, shorts, t shirt & trainers, unfortunately I didn't think about packing sun cream so now have a face like a beetroot. Sat on the banking between Allard and the complex opposite the large tv screen.
When they interviewed the Superstock top 3 on the podium at the end of the race the BSB radio guy said to Jason O'Halloran (the guy on the blade who finished 3rd) "That's the first time I have ever seen a Fireblade travelling at an angle of 45 degrees at over 120 mph" It was awesome to see it in slow motion on the big screen.
