    Was at Cadwell the other week doing a trackday spent a bit of time with this lad as he kept coming over to look at my bike and have a chat what a top bloke and bloody quick he said he was doing the ulster .

    It’s hard to believe Johnston only made his Dundrod debut two years ago but there’s no doubt he’ll come into this year’s event as a potential race winner in any of his races. A double winner, in the National races, on his debut, the former British Superstock 600cc Champion immediately made the step up to the podium on the International stage and, with his road racing experience increasing all the time, he’s getting ever closer to the top echelons of the sport. The ever cheerful Johnston took his first International win at the North West 200 earlier this year and he could well increase that tally this week.
