Fitted some Gripster C3s the other month. I noticed a little while ago that one of the logos had fallen off at some stage and so I emailed TechSPec in the US to see what they could do. Within the week I had 4 new logos posted to me FOC, most impressed as they never asked for any proof etc, and after having been blanked by R&G it was nice to see decent customer service. So if you want Techspec but are concerned about them being a US company then you shouldn't be.
