replacement fairings, took the plunge

    Well I took the plunge today and placed a deposit on new fairings from conquest carbon, should be 4-8 weeks for delivery and went for the satin twill effect as was loooking as matt black replacement fairings before my off.

    so the fairings should fingers crossed look like this.

    Hope it does look good, shame as I wanted to spend the money on other bits like the hm dash

    Should look cracking mate. Was looking at their stuff a couple of weeks ago, looks really good. You can always get the HM dash next week ;) or maybe the week after.

    £616 including site discount of which I've paid half as a deposit that's for the following items, will still need to get front mudguard and seat cowl

    Nose cone
    Side fairings
    Tank cover
    Tail fairing

    £616 so far but need to get front mudguard which is £112 then cost of seat hump for the sp

    That looks great and has re enthused me for my next blade- I think it's the route to go for a decent replica of the above. The only downside is you have to keep your carbon well maintained or the winter can take a toll. I was hoping to get a2012-on with gold forks silver swinger and Repsol orange wheels ( or BST's ) with this satin carbon bodywork. Yes it's a test RCV ( some minimalist Repsol gas and Bridgestone stickers, tho I'm not keen on Bridgestones ) perhaps a Termi exhaust and Ohlins and....well I doubt I can stretch to that and if I could I would be stressing some twat would target her.
    Please put more images up when you get it on the bike.

    That would be the only Repsol I would ever ride, matt black carbon stealth :D

    Will keep you all posted about how it goes, might even get lambchops to a vlog of it :)
