Just received the info, here we go: - DDC - 199 HP - Quickshifter Pro, down-shift without clutch - New Akrapovic exhaust - Different fairing, headlight - Frame modification - Corner ABS ( with some pictures form a German Motorcycle Magazine )
i think BMW have no choice now but to keep pushing the electronic gizmo's to keep ahead+embarrasing (awaits the lash of the pure bread bikers ) the japanese couterparts.
So have they got rid of the asymmetric headlights? Also WTF is DDC? I would guess the beemer version of DTC.
what do you mean? if it's in MCN it's the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, well either that or just complete bollox
MCN, the brightest beacon of honest journalism since the demise of the Sunday Sport* *Tyke and other whipper snappers may need to search google images for The Sunday Sport before they understand the cynicism in the statement above.
No shots of the front yet then. And I don't like the look of that new exhaust either. Hope they tidy it up a bit for the production version...
The one I rode with it all turned off was like an early R1 or ZX-10R .. shaking its head .. pointless wheelies .. I don't think the chassis / power / weight CoG etc is at all well sorted on those bikes. Hence Dunlops problems getting it sorted and my problems with it when riding the test bike which basically kept pulling wheelies or anti wheelie cutting in instead of hard acceleration. I'm going for a ZZR14 next ..
