A few guys on here have bought and fitted them recently. I have the Oxford 1's on my Blackbird, but the Datatool 1's do look a lot neater to fit onto a sports bike, as the Oxford 1's have a control unit you need to place somewhere.

I bought the datatool ones, fitted well, get warm/hot enough. Control switch seems decent quality. View attachment 9524 I've got XXL hands according to the Handroids I wear so the 'girth' seems fine as-well!

Silly question guys, but don't Honda do heated grips for the blade? Cos I went for the yamaha ones on my R1. A bit expensive but they made for the bike so the wiring plugged straight in.

My sister had many issues with her genuine honda grips on her 2009 hornet before it got stolen.

First time the controller stopped working.
Second time one Grip was hot the other was warm.
Third time both would get warm on only half the circumference of the grip
    Fourth time...bike got stolen

Each time the grips were replaced and not repaired by Tippets honda (who are probably the best dealers i have encountered, genuinely nice guys)

Ive just fitted R&G grips, both warm up at the same time however the throttle does seem warmer, no problem for me as this is the hand I suffer with, I am not too impressed with the grips, they are not as soft as the originals seem like a harder plastic / rubber formula. Control is stuck to top yolk mount. Warm hands must be better.

honda do have new heated grips for the Blade and they look very nice too with the switch built into the end of the grip although, now take a deep breath and be ready to hurt your wallet, including fitting £500!:(
