I want to replace my std exhaust with a road legal one please note the 2014 cbr1000rr is different to previous model fittings. Quite like scorpion and race fit but not sure they are legal.

Racefit is legal, as doesn't have a "not for road use" stamp or etch on it, it is loud mind you so would go for the growler that way you can get a baffle to go with it

Had a chat with Race fit guys who basically give an honest review of their product. are racefit exhaust difficult to fit. I am not a numpty to spanners but just worried are there any wires from the original exhaust etc. Cheers in advance for any help.

You need to refit lambda sensor which you just need to twist back the amount of turns it took to wind out! If that makes sense? And disconnect the servo cable, imo it's easy to get an O2 eliminator and esrm ( exhaust servo replacement module ) and lambda bung
