I've searched the forum but can't find an answer. Everyone who has bought a racefit exhaust says it is a perfect fit but mine has far too much play where it fits to the existing exhaust outlet.

What is the best substance to use around the inside of the racefit exhaust before I slide her on, Copper grease or an exhaust gasket sealer of some kind? (never had any exhaust problems before!) Surely this much play/gap isnt correct? The fixing bolt is tightened correctly.

Are you sure the Racefit is for a 2014 model? 2008 to 2013 silencers don't fit 2014.

Yeah definitely ordered for a 2014 blade Ian, chatted to them for ages about it when I was buying over the phone and trying to haggle! Probably just needs some gunk of some kind to seal it up and stop it rattling

I added a 65mm exhaust clip from quickfit with copper silcone. Seems ok . Some much smoother than old exhaust on the 2014 model .

Very nice bike. I have done a similar thing using an exhaust repair kit and the original clip, going to ride up to the Hindhead tunnel A3 now for a test ride! (and pay a Shell fuel bill as I forgot my wallet last time out!)

Where did you get your wheel rim decals from?
