well its winter again so Im at it once more :)

Spend last two days in the garage fitted HID and projectors with some LED's. Now I think I like it.. Defo makes the light look more modern which was lacking and like the fact its all black in there now as painted the reflectors black. Will be nice to have both lights on and high low beam working again! Only connected to battery not sorted all the wiring out yet

well I call her the beast now has eyes to match!

Happy with the wiring at the back of the light

Thanks Steve, it's defo a marmite mod for sure even now I'm not 100% sold haha. Put the light back in the fairing and does look better than stock cool all back when the lights are off

Also another job for the winter was to shorten the loom (where it needs it) and tidy up all the wiring. cut the main loom in half!!

Stripped all the insulation back and will reduce where required, have to watch out as in the loom they reduce the number of wires in a few locations I've noticed, have three red/green wires one end and only 1 at the other! Anyway enough for today there Christmas beer left to drink!

Lamb chops....have you ever thought about using cloth tape instead of the usual PTF that you currently use ?. Whenever I have to cut into or modify a loom I use what we know as " Loom Tape" , much better visually , sticks better and stays flexible even in hot areas and it looks like a proper job and not like someone's been there with a handful of scotch locks and twisted wires...........I,m not saying yours looks like that.......but you know what I mean .....I hope

Know where your coming from haggler what you can see there on the bike is the factory insulation! I've spent £40 on f6 twisted cable management stuff to cover the whole loom and make it look like a proper job. It's like the stuff used on pc power supplies a twisted strand insulation.

And no scotch locks here sir, only soldered and heat shrink of course :)
