Have already done a search and didn't find something solid. Need a radiator but since my bike is now considered 'old' in the bike world(I have the 05), parts are harder to come by. Not many radiators in good condition floating about. So was wondering is there anything wrong with those Chinese eBay job ones? Anyone ever use one? any issues?! Please let me know what you think.

I put one on my 2005 last march, though i have not covered many miles the build quality and fit are good, the paint finish probably isn't as good as Honda's but for a fifth of the price well pleased.;)

I bought an ebay one from a seller in Spain for my old CBR600F a year or so ago. Quality was excellent, and the bike actually ran a degree or two cooler once I fitted it (although the OEM one was pretty knackered by that point). I'll try and dig out the seller details - they may do them for older blades too...

Looks like the ebay seller I used did supply radiators for '05 blades, but there's been no activity on their ebay page for about 12 months :(

For reference the seller was motocrack21 and from what I can tell it was a company called Crack Moto in Barcelona.

My new radiator for the 600F cost me £126.24.

Sorry it's not the info you wanted - but good luck with the search :)

Cheers guys. Thinking getting a new unit will be better than trying to refresh the beat up one right? Since most rad places don't luke working with the curved units.

I had the RR5 which was constantly running at around 100-105 celsius, removed the radiator to clean and freshen up and found that a high percentage of the rad had turned to dust. Looked at a couple of second hand ones but they were pretty much the same as the one i had and sellers wanted around £100. From memory i think i paid around £130 for the new one.

I bought an inexpensive (£125) rad for my RR7 off ebay from 'as3performance'. Delivered quickly fitted just fine, cost way less than a Honda one.

The original rad worked ok but looked dreadful, loads of the fins were totally corroded, couldn't stand the look of it, too far gone to re-paint it, to it had to go. Got a black spray aerosol and gave the new rad a few good coats before I fitted it.

Mate that is exactly what's happenein with mine. Same year and all. Thought I would get away with trying to get it cleaned but it just looks too bad. I can't find any radiators from as3perfomance on eBay unless they have a website I can order from. Where did you get yours?! So new rad is probably best.

Yeah was onto them there. You have no issues or complains right?! Just worried as after a few emails he said that if I have an issue I would have to send it back to them for a resend or refund but won't get my money for sending it back......

Thanks for starting this post. Unfortunately had someone put a hole in mine which I sealed with K-Seal but I've worried ever since.

395? For working on your old one? That's a bit steep?
