You can't use Fog Light Bulbs in a Dipped and Main Beam setup.

I used 100w H7 bulbs in my Blade and have them in my current ZX10 also.

Much brighter and whiter light without going Blue.

Here you go bud! I can't complain, £4 for 2 delivered... not to sure on the legalities with regards to beam pattern, I'm guessing they would fail an MOT but, easy enough to change if they do!:)

not really any god photos.. but simply in the inner wings.. there were 2 "boxes" either side to hide but both quite slim and small. The light from these is just amazing.. honestly light up the road signs during the sunniest days.. and passes the MOT so far

I fitted HIDs to my '11 'blade 18 months ago well before last winter. I put an H7R anti-glare bulb in the dip side and fitted an isolation switch into the system so that during daylight hours I'm running with just the two 'side-lights' in the mirror stems on and avoiding that stupid 'one-eyed' look. The H7R bulb was a real 'find' since it replicates exactly the trapezoidal pattern of the OEM. Which is nice.:D
You can find systems on ebay that have the igniter built-in so you only have to find space to attach one box.....

H7R 6000K white HID Xenon Bulb 2 Bulbs Headlight 35w Lamps Metal Based U6 | eBay

I drilled a couple of holes and cable-tied and screwed mine to the inner panels next to the fork legs. These panels are inexpensive so if I ever have to sell my bike (perish the thought ) I can easily go back to standard. The bike passed it's first MOT (It's got a Taylomade zorst on it too!) earlier this year with no issues. TBH, I wouldn't go back to halogen bulbs ever again. The only 'downside is that initially, when switching to the main beam, it takes a couple of seconds to reach full power.

Not a very good pics' but this is how the box(s) looks on the bike.

Only been in for about 4 weeks so far and still going strong bud, if they don't last then I'm not too fussed as only cost £4.... I'm too tight to fork out for a HID kit after buying a Yoshi can!:D
