Hi all, I'm after a couple of stickers for my bike and a company called red racing parts has them all on their website, but because I've never heard of them I'm a little unsure if I should buy from them. Have any of you heard of them or bought from them in the past? Any info greatly appreciated. Thanks. Andy B
Hey mate if they make racing tracky bottoms you'll be well away.......but sorry not heard of them. There is a very well respected paint and decals guy close to me J&S race paint, a true crafts man and good price, if that helps.
Lol, cheers for that rich. I've heard of j&s (my pa inlaw has used them) but the few stickers I want are only going to cost me about £12 for what I think are OE from Red Racing, so I'd rather go down that route if they get any recommendations. Plus the stickers I want are both multi colour which could be a prob for a decal cutter (if that's what j&s do), I'm getting the 50th anniversary sticker and a couple of HRC stickers. Taalaa Andy B
Thanks for that Rab, I was close to convinced not to use them before your review due to the lack of responses, and you've made it a definite no no, thanks again pal. Now I need to look elsewhere for a 50th anniversary and a couple of HRC stickers. Andy B
I just recently made the a purchase at Red Racing Parts. Ordered a seat cowl hoping to save some money on 12/19/14. Went through their weird credit card system to pay for it. A week later they say I didn't pay. I send them a screenshot of the payment hitting my card. They agree to ship the part. A week later I ask for a tracking number. He says it'll ship in a few days. I email again in a few days and he sends me a copy of a shipping receipt for Poste Italiane. I contact Poste Italiane for tracking info. They have no information for that shipping receipt. I contact Red Racing (Giovanni) and he says the shipping company lost my shipment. He says he needs to get another one and ship it and says he won't use that shipping company anymore. I wait longer. Eventually he produces another shipping receipt (Poste Italiane....go figure). I wait a day again and Poste Italiane has no information on that shipment. I contact Red Racing again and tell him I want a refund. I tell him I prefer paypal. He says they'll refund me and asks if my credit card is still valid and not expired. I tell him it is. If things go as I read on other forums with this company he's going to ask me for a picture of my credit card....at which point I'm going to tell him that's not happening. DO NOT USE RED RACING! They're liars and have horrible customer service. IF I get my refund I'll consider myself lucky and consider it a cheap lesson learned. Now to copy this over to some other forums and maybe save some other people the trouble of dealing with this company. Here it is 2 months later with no part and just hoping to get my refund.
