1. Give blood... properly... not just leave it on the road 2. Get on a track... try to get my knee down... and not give blood to the track. 3. Get fitter! I've bought Insanity, bring on the muscles.
1. Get the house done up/restoration more like. 2. Sort my garage out, currently renting a neighbours as mines full and needs extending. 3. Do Ron Haslam bike school. 4. Do bike track day, raced cars on track but not ventured on with bike yet, too scared of crashing and damaging it. Be more calm and not lose it n flip out.
Not let things I can’t control or alter wind me up. Lower my blood pressure. Breathe out and learn to live, forgive and/or forget what’s gone before (see above points) Work less and have more holidays (see point 2) its only money a heart attack doesn’t care about. Ignore all of the above as I can never keep any new year’s resolutions beyond the first couple of days.
