What do you mean towing is a bit of a grey area ? If you mean towing a caravan with a bike inside really isn't any difference to towing a trailer with a bike on when it comes to towing weights with your car/caravan that's up to you to make sure your doing it legally the good thing with a caravan you have curtains that you can close so no one can see what's inside ."if you know what I mean Harry" The caravan I have is a twin wheel and has a galvanised chassis and the floor has been strengthened also the caravan tyres have a higher load rating than standard .
Ha ha Phil I wish I did my dads best friend owns a motorhome place he give me this one for racing said it was a bit of a knacker . I love it . So many different things with towing I just about (2 months ) caught the grandad law so I'm legal to drive it o think ?
Ive got a Chevy Day Van I'm toying with the idea of selling cheap ! Great motor... Like a limo in the back and I've spent a few seasons happily sleeping in it ! Electric rear seats go down into a bed, mood lighting etc... More than enough power to pull anything !
It all depends on what ya Driving License states. They changed a lot years ago so it all depends how old U R? Me? I'm OK up to a 7.5 Tonne Truck on a standard License!
