Cases been on mine since spring 2010 - put them on before 2 week trip to Mugello via the Alps 'just in case'

Nobody will spot them and at some point a case may turn up if you want it put back to perfect.

I was out on Sunday, went to Charlie's deli next to P&H in Crawley for a great breakfast, stuck to the main roads on the way there but the B roads were fine on the way back.

Not good and sorry to hear this.

I almost got caught out with a cold new rear on Sunday but was only going about 3MPH pulling away from the garage when the rear went

Got new nose fairing fitted this morning and got a new front tyre at the same time so nearly sorted just got to order some engine case protection from GB racing to hide the scratches until I can afford new a new engine case

Hi, I know this is somewhat disconnected from the subject, but all the insurance quotes I am seeing have really high excess and so called "voluntary" excess where except for third party you are almost self insuring - the term comprehensive seems irrelevant.

What do most do - comprehensive or TPFT and fix it out of your pocket if needed?

I will be comprehensive the first year because its a continuation of an existing policy, but thinking next time around to go just TPFT.

    Any thoughts?

    Cheers Landy

Depends how old U R and how much of a Risk they deem U?

I pay £290 Fully Comp with a Compulsory Excess of £200 and £0 Voluntary Excess

Just renewed my insurance yesterday. £350 excess, £114 comp with Bennett's, that also includes Legal protection, Breakdown, Helmet and leathers.
