Hi. I will be picking up a 2009 blade next weekend. After spending a few years on Aprilia rsv's and doing trackdays I have decided to get another road bike. I was surprised how comfortable it is to sit on and im looking forward to giving it a proper blast out. These were my last two bikes that I had. RSV Factory track bike My gen 1 mille.

Love the old bikes mate. I had an 01 Mille R for a while. One of the best bikes I've owned. Made an average rider seem very good. The reason I sold it was I was getting fed up with being on tip toes all the time and the fairing stickers were lifting as they weren't lacquered into the paint. The last straw was the Ohlins fork seals leaking. It had to go. I put in a 2001 R1 for the Mille and the Mille was the better bike. Welcome to the forum fella. My old one
Thanks for the warm welcome. The factory gen1 bikes are fetching silly money now. I will miss the sound of a vtwin but my neighbours won't. Not sure about the 3 to 1 ratio of the women in Nottingham. Most of them are too ugly and thick to appear on Jeremy kyle.
