ebay - Stainless headers

    The OE pipes are already stainless...

    Are they?! Mine definitely don't look it..!

    Bit of autosol then you reckon, rather than throwing money at eBay?! :)

    Mine neither... but when I bought the bike they were nice and shiny. :)

    It's not high grade stainless though hence gets scruffy quickly... get the autosol and wire wool (00 grade) out! :)

    Make sure that you use Stainless wire wool with the solvo. Ordinary steel wire wool will degrade the S/S.;)

    Just clever marketing tbh.

    U get it all the time for ZX10R's

    Sellers proclaiming (like it's sumat special) Titanium Exhaust Headers for a Kawasaki ZX10R and asking stupid money!

    The reality is they are just selling Bog Standard Kwak headers from wrote off Bikes which are Titanium as standard so no lies told but they make it sound like their selling sumat special with a lot of owners being oblivious to what their standard headers are made of in the first place! :rolleyes:
