Just got my new Shoei helmet. What is the little tube of Silicone oil for?
Does it go somewhere near the visor? Thanks.

We used it on our squeeky Sidi boots as well, works a treat!

Rub a small amount of it on the rubber trim where the visor seals to it, helps keep the rubber pliable and ensures a good airtight seal when closed and minimises any wind noise.

Apparently it's for the seal around the visor to keep it supple, as per the instructions;) I was wondering the same when my helmet arrived
