It could be the software that you've loaded, i know it gets upgraded.

Can you take a screen shot of what you have and i can then tell you what to do..

ok,when you start RS2 or 3,it will come up with "test database".basically all your downloaded track sessions.

double click on 1 of the test sessions,it will then come up with a screen showing (depending on your settings) either your laps or different data.

if it's data,on the bottom there are a set of tabs, test d/base,lap manager and then the tabs that are set as default (measures graph etc..)

if your already on lap times, but it isn't showing lap times you need to tell it what track you where at.to do this,on the lap manager page,on the top there are some tabs,"advanced info, close test etc.." click on the GPS insert,it will then bring up a map of the track you have been on,but it may not know the track,so,clik on the "use start finsih from GPS database.it should come up with the track automatically or click on the "select GPS track".then highligh tthe track, and click on confirm selection, then continue, there mightbe another box to click continue on can't rememer.

it shopuld then bring up your ;lap times.

if it doesn't have the track in it's database let me know as you will need to add it

hi scoobs, many thanx for the instructions. i have RS2. i double clicked one of the test sessions and got what you are calling other data. none of it made any sense to me. but there were no tabs at the bottom, so now i,m lost. i think the best thing i can do is do as matt suggested and try to send you a screenshot . i,ll do my best, but dont hold your breath. if you pm me your number i can send you piccy on phone

whats at te bottom, lots of little graphs or just the page bottom?

there should be at least 2 thin boxes,1 will say test database, the other will say lap manager, then boxes next to them telling you what data boxes you have open.

i dont get mobile signal at home, but if you have whatsapp you can send via that, let me know and i'll pm my mobile

OK I'll assume you have a windows pc/laptop.

If you have windows 7 look for the program called Windows Snipping tool, this will let you take screenshots simply and only of the selected area.

If not then you can use the PrtScr* (Print Screen) button to get screenshots. To keep it simple just have the program you want to get the screenshot of on display and then press the PrtScr button. Then open Paint/MS paint and "paste" the picture in, I use Shift + Ins(ert) to do this.

If you have XP then microsoft have instructions here - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows-xp/help/setup/take-a-screen-shot
If you have Windows 8/8.1 then instructions are here - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/...en#take-screen-capture-print-screen=windows-8

*The PrtScr may be labelled slightly different so if you can't see it then also look for things like PrtScr, PrtSc etc etc.

ok so what you need to do is tick the select all box, then the download box at the bottom will highlight, click on that,it will ask if you want to keep the data after download, better to delete it so you dont run out of internal memory in the solo.

also where it says race mode on th eright, and your sessions are regularity, you need to go into the options and change that to closed circuit (i think, been a while since i set up my solo)
post up if your stuck and will guide you through it
